Engr. Jaglul Hoque Mridha, Assistant Professor and Chairperson in the Department of Apparel Merchandising &Management at ISU has around nine (09) years of teaching experience at different Universities in Bangladesh. He is also the Head of Student Affairs Division (STAD), and Assistant Director of Career Counselling and Placement Center of ISU. He has completed his graduation from one of the glorifying Textile universities in the sub-continent Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX). Formally he was the Assistant Professor in the Department of Textile Engineering at Primeasia University. Before that, he worked at Northern University Bangladesh, University of South Asia, Asrotex Group. He coordinated and conducted different programs, seminars, webinars, convocations, etc. during his professional period. His areas of interest are Textile Production, Productivity, and Sustainability of textiles, Quality Control in Textiles, Industrial Management in the RMG sector, Compliance and marketing, and Apparel Merchandising in textiles.
